The selected candidate will be responsible for creating a positive, engaging, and child-friendly learning environment while ensuring the academic, emotional, and overall development of students.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver effective, age-appropriate lessons in accordance with the school's curriculum.
Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes learning and creativity.
Assess student performance and maintain accurate academic records.
Encourage students' intellectual, social, emotional, and moral development.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' progress and well-being.
Participate in school events, meetings, training programs, co-curricular activities, and parent-teacher interactions.
Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high academic standards and a positive school culture.
Maintain discipline and ensure the safety and welfare of students at all times.
Perform academic and administrative responsibilities assigned by the school management.
