Asst professor in Computers & IT

The Assistant Professor (Computer Science/Information Technology) is responsible for teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students, developing course materials, conducting practical and laboratory sessions, mentoring students, participating in research activities, and contributing to academic and institutional development. The role requires staying updated with emerging technologies and promoting industry-oriented learning.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver lectures in Computer Science and Information Technology subjects.
Prepare lesson plans, course materials, and study resources.
Conduct practical classes, laboratory sessions, and project guidance.
Assess student performance through assignments, practicals, quizzes, and examinations.
Mentor students on academic, career, and project-related matters.
Develop and update curriculum in accordance with university/AICTE/UGC guidelines.
Participate in research, publications, seminars, workshops, and faculty development programs.
Guide students in internships, industrial training, and final-year projects.
Maintain academic records, attendance, and examination documentation.
Participate in departmental meetings, accreditation activities (NAAC/NBA), and institutional committees.
Contribute to placement, outreach, and other academic development activities.
Stay updated with emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, Cyber Security, Data Science, IoT, and Software Development.
