Learning and understanding the different Finance and Accounts processes, assisting in making and improvising on SOPs according to the specific industry requirements Work on diverse assignments & business relevant challenges to build capability & gain critical experiences and assist different departments in their day-to-day work related to financial data required in providing quotations to clients, variance analysis in ongoing contracts and other financial assignments Studying the benchmark industry standards & practices in finance, accounts, and corporate banking and conducting a thorough gap analysis Develop innovative ideas & solutions to complex situations and tasks with proactive contributions and adaptability, especially for ongoing contracts and jobs Handle statutory reporting requirements and ensure that it meets applicable accounting principles and relevant regulations in India.
