Job Description
Cineflicks is hiring a Sales Manager for a work-from-home role based in New Delhi, Delhi. The position leads and manages a sales team, drives new client acquisition and maintains relationships with existing clients and partners. The role offers a salary of 60,000 to 70,000 per month plus target-based incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the sales team to meet monthly revenue targets
• Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and partners
• Track sales performance and report results to management
• Negotiate deals and close sales with key accounts
Requirements
• Qualification: Graduation / MBA/PGDM (Sales Management)
• Experience: Experienced candidates preferred
• Ability to lead a sales team and meet monthly revenue targets
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
