By accessing or using CNJobs.in ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

These terms apply to all users including Employers, Job Seekers, Institutes, and visitors.

Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• One account per person/organization. Duplicate accounts are not permitted.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@cnjobs.in if you suspect unauthorized access.
• CNJobs.in reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

• Job postings must be genuine, accurate, and for legitimate employment opportunities.
• Employers must not post misleading, fraudulent, or discriminatory job listings.
• Contact information of job seekers must only be used for recruitment purposes.
• Employers are responsible for verifying the accuracy of their company information.
• Campus tieup agreements must be honored as per the agreed terms.
• Misuse of applicant data is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

• Your profile information must be truthful and accurate.
• Do not misrepresent your qualifications, experience, or skills.
• You may apply only for positions you genuinely intend to pursue.
• Sharing login credentials with others is not permitted.
• CNJobs.in is not responsible for the outcome of any job application.

• Institutes must register with accurate information and valid credentials.
• Student data uploaded must be with proper consent from the students.
• TPO representatives are responsible for all actions taken on behalf of the institute.
• Campus tieup commitments must be honored — bulk apply and placement drives must be genuine.
• Misuse of employer connections for non-placement purposes is prohibited.

• Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-transferable.
• All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• GST @ 18% is applicable on all paid plans.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
• CNJobs.in reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.
• Payments are processed securely via Cashfree Payment Gateway.

• Scraping, crawling, or automated data extraction from the platform.
• Posting spam, malware, or malicious content.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or overload the platform.
• Creating fake profiles or impersonating others.
• Using the platform for any illegal purpose.
• Reverse engineering or copying the platform's code or design.
• Sharing login credentials or allowing unauthorized access.

All content on CNJobs.in including logos, design, code, and text is the intellectual property of CNJobs.in. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

User-generated content (job listings, profiles, resumes) remains the property of the respective users. By posting content, you grant CNJobs.in a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform.

• CNJobs.in is a job portal platform — we do not guarantee employment or hiring outcomes.
• CNJobs never asks for money and is not part of the employer's selection. Please verify the employer yourself.
• We are not responsible for the accuracy of job listings posted by employers.
• CNJobs.in shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from use of the platform.
• The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Rajasthan, India.
