Job Description
A leading group in hospitality and commercial leasing based in Gurgaon, Haryana, operating guest houses and commercial office spaces. The company requires a Sales & Marketing Manager to drive revenue across both guest house bookings and commercial leasing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead sales and marketing for the group's guest houses and commercial office spaces in Gurgaon
• Identify and pursue leads for commercial leasing and guest house bookings
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, tenants and business partners
• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms and close leasing and booking deals
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to improve occupancy and revenue
• Track sales targets, report performance to management and coordinate with the operations team
Requirements
• Qualification: Any Graduate; MBA/PGDM (Sales Management, Marketing or Tourism & Hospitality Management)
• Experience: Experienced
• Pleasant personality and fluent English with good communication skills
• Preferably resident of Gurgaon with own conveyance
