Job Description
Jai Group is hiring a Warden for a PG (paying guest) accommodation in North Delhi, Delhi. The role involves overseeing the day-to-day running, discipline and security of the residential property, and it is open to male and female candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily activities and discipline of residents in the PG
• Monitor entry and exit of residents and visitors for security
• Coordinate housekeeping and cleanliness of rooms and common areas
• Handle resident complaints and escalate issues to management
• Maintain records of residents and report incidents promptly
Requirements
• Qualification: 12th Pass / Sr Secondary or Any Graduate
• Experience: Experienced
• Open to male and female candidates
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage time and handle residents' complaints
