Mantri Agro Industries in Jaipur, Rajasthan is hiring a Telecaller to handle calls with customers and prospects. The role involves answering queries, explaining services and following up on leads from the Jaipur office.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make and receive calls to customers and answer their queries.
• Follow up on leads and maintain accurate call records.
• Explain products or services clearly and handle customer complaints politely.
• Generate new leads and support sales targets.
• Coordinate with the internal team for issues that need escalation.
Requirements
• Qualification: 10th / 12th pass; Graduation preferred
• Experience: 1-2 years
• Good communication skills
• Teamwork and customer handling ability
