Job Description
This is a telecalling role with a banking-related business in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The telecaller contacts customers by phone, explains products, services and offers, and follows up on potential leads.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make inbound and outbound calls to customers.
• Explain products, services and offers clearly.
• Generate leads and follow up with potential customers.
• Answer customer queries and resolve basic issues.
• Maintain customer information and call records.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements
• Qualification: 10th / 12th pass; Any Graduate also welcome
• Experience: 3-5 years preferred; Freshers can apply
• Good communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Customer handling ability
