Job Description
Mahesh Nagar Front Office in Jaipur, Rajasthan is hiring a Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls for its customers. The role involves explaining the company's products or services, generating leads and following up with potential customers. The salary range is Rs 15,000 to Rs 30,000 per month.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to generate new leads and potential customers.
• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries professionally.
• Explain the company's products or services clearly and persuasively.
• Follow up with potential customers and record call outcomes.
• Maintain accurate customer details and call records.
• Achieve daily calling and lead targets.
Requirements
• Qualification: 10th / 12th pass; Graduates may also apply
• Experience: Freshers can apply; telecalling experience is preferred
• Good communication skills
