Apprentice - Business Coordination & Green Initiatives

This is an apprenticeship role with a housing finance company, supporting the coordination of loan disbursements between business partners, sales, credit, operations and technical teams. The role also supports Green Housing, Solar financing, and Government housing schemes, with training provided on the job.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with business partners, credit, operations and sales teams for case processing and disbursement closure of loan cases sourced by business partners.
• Identify and track Green and Solar eligible cases and support their conversion.
• Coordinate with technical and sales teams for Green evidence collection and documentation.
• Support implementation of Government housing schemes.
• Prepare, share and monitor daily MIS reports and pending case trackers.
• Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely closure of cases and operational support.

• Qualification: Any Graduate / B.Com / BBA
• Experience: Freshers can apply
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to speak and understand the local or regional language is preferred
• Basic Excel and MIS handling knowledge
• Interest in housing finance, Green Housing and Solar initiatives is preferred
