HiRide is a business located in C-Scheme, Jaipur, offering a professional workplace for customer-focused roles. This position is for a telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls and build strong customer relationships from the office.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and share product and service details
• Handle inbound calls and answer customer queries politely and accurately
• Maintain accurate records of every call and customer interaction
• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into business opportunities
• Achieve daily calling and conversion targets set by the team
Requirements
• Qualification: Sr Secondary / Any Graduate
• Experience: Freshers can apply
