Samkara Resort in Pushkar is hiring a General Manager to oversee resort operations and sales. The role is based at the resort in Pushkar and covers day-to-day running and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily resort operations across departments.
• Drive room, banquet and event sales targets.
• Control budgets, costs and operational performance.
• Build relationships with corporate and travel clients.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and service standards.
Requirements
• Qualification: MBA / PGDM (Operations, Sales or General Management) / Any Graduate
• Experience: Experienced hospitality manager preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills required
