Job Description
HiRide is a transport and mobility company based at City Mall, C-Scheme, Jaipur. The Female Telecaller will handle outbound and inbound calls to customers and prospects, supporting bookings and service enquiries. Work location is C-Scheme, Jaipur.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to customers and prospects as per daily targets
• Answer incoming calls and provide information on services
• Record customer details and follow-up status accurately
• Generate leads and convert enquiries into bookings
• Maintain a professional and courteous communication style
Requirements
• Qualification: 12th pass / Any Graduate
• Experience: Freshers can apply
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English
