SkyWaltz Balloon is a hot air balloon safari company offering tourist experiences. It is hiring Customer Service Executives to assist guests with bookings, queries and on-site coordination. The role is based at the company's safari locations, with the primary posting in Jaipur.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist guests with safari bookings and itinerary queries
• Communicate clearly with customers in English and Hindi
• Handle customer complaints and provide prompt solutions
• Maintain accurate records of bookings and guest details using basic computer applications
• Coordinate with the operations team for smooth safari schedules
Requirements
• Qualification: Senior Secondary or any Graduate
• Experience: Freshers can apply
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
• Basic computer proficiency
