A.L. Industries LLP is a company dealing in jewellery and lifestyle products for export. The company is hiring an R&D cum Sourcing Associate to research new product ideas and identify reliable suppliers and materials.
Key Responsibilities:
• Research new product trends and materials for jewellery and lifestyle products
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors
• Negotiate prices, terms and delivery schedules with vendors
• Coordinate with the design team on sample development and sourcing
• Maintain supplier records and sourcing reports
• Support product development for export markets
Requirements
• Qualification: Any Graduate / MBA (Supply Chain Management)
• Experience: Freshers can apply
• Basic knowledge of sourcing and vendor management
• Good spreadsheet and communication skills
