Malindo Finance Pvt. Ltd. is an RBI registered finance company in Jaipur offering loan and financial services. The role is for a collection telecaller, based at the office in Alankar Plaza, Vidyadhar Nagar, Jaipur. Salary is negotiable based on skills and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Call customers with pending loan payments and remind them of due dates
• Explain repayment options and record commitments made by customers
• Follow up on overdue accounts in a polite and professional manner
• Maintain accurate records of all collection calls
• Report collection progress to the team leader
Requirements
• Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Graduate
• Experience: Freshers can apply
• Polite and patient communication skills in Hindi and English
• Comfortable with telephone follow-up work
