A reputed export house and domestic garment manufacturer in Jaipur is looking for an HR Manager to lead people management for its manufacturing units. The role is based at the Jaipur facility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage recruitment and onboarding of factory and office staff.
• Maintain HR policies, attendance and employee records.
• Handle payroll coordination and statutory compliance.
• Resolve employee queries and maintain discipline on the shop floor.
• Plan training and employee engagement activities.
Requirements
• Qualification: BBA / MBA/PGDM (Human Resource Management) / Any Graduate
