Arihant Polyplast Pvt. Limited is a plastics and polymer manufacturing company located in the Kaladera Industrial Area, Jaipur. The company is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead the human resource function, manage recruitment and employee relations, and support the growth of the organisation. The role is based at the company's Kaladera Industrial Area unit in Jaipur.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and manage the full recruitment process for factory and office positions.
• Develop, implement and update HR policies and procedures.
• Manage employee onboarding, documentation and records.
• Handle employee engagement, grievances and disciplinary matters.
• Manage attendance, payroll coordination and statutory compliance.
• Support management in workforce planning and training needs.
Requirements
• Qualification: BBA / MBA (Human Resource Management)
• Experience: 3-5 years in HR management
• Good knowledge of recruitment, labour laws and HR policies
• Strong communication and leadership skills
