Arihant Polyplast Pvt. Limited is a plastics and polymer manufacturing company located in the Kaladera Industrial Area, Jaipur. The company is hiring a Purchases Executive to handle sourcing of raw materials and supplies needed for production. The role is based at the company's Kaladera Industrial Area unit in Jaipur.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and evaluate suppliers for raw materials and plant requirements.
• Prepare purchase orders and follow up on delivery schedules.
• Negotiate prices, terms and payment conditions with vendors.
• Maintain vendor records and purchase documentation.
• Coordinate with production and stores teams to meet material requirements.
• Monitor purchase costs and inventory levels.
Requirements
• Qualification: B.Com / BBA / MBA (Supply Chain Management)
• Experience: 2-3 years in purchasing or procurement
• Knowledge of raw material sourcing and vendor negotiation
• Good communication and documentation skills
