Manglam Build-Developers Limited is a real estate development company in Jaipur. We are looking for an experienced sales and marketing professional to promote and sell property projects. The role is based at the Chaumu site in Jaipur.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sell residential and commercial properties to prospective buyers
• Generate and follow up on property leads
• Conduct site visits and present project details to clients
• Plan and execute marketing activities for the projects
• Negotiate deals and close sales targets
• Maintain customer records and sales reports
Requirements
• Qualification: Graduation / MBA (Sales Management)
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in real estate sales
• Experience in real estate sales is essential
