Dr. Kamakshi Memorial Hospitals is a multi-specialty healthcare provider in Pallikaranai, Chennai. The hospital is recruiting an experienced Geriatrician to provide specialised medical care for elderly patients at its Radial Road centre.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and manage the medical conditions of elderly patients
• Create and review care plans for chronic and age-related illnesses
• Manage medication safety and polypharmacy for older patients
• Coordinate with physiotherapy, nursing and other specialists
• Counsel patients and families on elderly care and rehabilitation
• Maintain accurate patient records and follow-up schedules
Requirements
• Qualification: MBBS / MD (Geriatric Medicine)
• Experience: Experienced
• Valid medical registration required
