Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
• Explain services and answer customer queries over the phone
• Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into business
• Maintain accurate call records and customer details
• Achieve daily calling and conversion targets
Requirements
• Qualification: Sr. Secondary or any Graduate
• Experience: 5-10 years of experience in similar positions
• Good spoken communication and telephone sales skills
