Job Description
A 100-bed hospital in the Eastern Suburb area is looking for an experienced M.D. doctor who also holds a hospital management qualification to lead hospital administration. The role combines medical oversight with day-to-day management of hospital operations. The position is based at the hospital in the Eastern Suburb area, and salary will be decided according to experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee overall hospital administration and daily operations
• Coordinate medical staff, nursing and support departments
• Manage hospital budgets, vendor relations and procurement
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards
• Monitor patient care standards and service quality
Requirements
• Qualification: M.D. (General Medicine / Community Medicine) with a Hospital Management or Healthcare Management qualification (MBA/PGDM)
• Experience: Experienced
• Experience in managing a hospital or healthcare facility is preferred
