Arihant Polyplast Pvt. Limited is a plastics manufacturing company located in Kaladera Industrial Area, Jaipur. The company is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead the human resource function and support the growth of its workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of staff across departments.
• Implement and maintain HR policies, employee records and statutory compliance.
• Handle payroll coordination, attendance and leave management.
• Drive employee engagement, performance appraisal and training programs.
• Resolve employee grievances and maintain good industrial relations.
• Prepare HR reports and assist management in workforce planning.
Requirements
• Qualification: BBA / MBA / PGDM (Human Resource Management) / any graduate degree
• Experience: 3-5 years
• Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR policies
• Good communication and people management skills
