Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and treat patients across general medicine and surgery
• Attend to in-patients and monitor their recovery
• Handle emergency cases and provide first aid when needed
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes
• Coordinate with nursing staff and other specialists
