Transwarranty Finance Limited is a leading NBFC offering loan and financial services across Maharashtra. The role involves managing collections, recovery and loan portfolio performance for the Mumbai and Maharashtra region. Work is on-site in Mumbai on a full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage overdue loan accounts and drive timely recovery
• Handle customers professionally and resolve repayment concerns
• Conduct field collections and monitor collection activities
• Analyse portfolio data and prepare collection reports
• Lead and guide the collection team to meet targets
• Develop and implement alternative collection methods
Requirements
• Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
• Experience: 3-15 years in collections, recovery or loan portfolio management in NBFCs, banks or financial institutions
• Tech savvy with data analysis skills
• Strong customer handling and communication skills
• Team handling ability
