Job Description
Can Fin Homes Limited is a listed housing finance company regulated by the Reserve Bank of India and National Housing Bank. The company is hiring a Chief Audit Officer on a regular basis to lead its internal audit function at its Bengaluru office.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the internal audit function and plan the annual audit programme
• Oversee internal audit, inspection and credit audit activities
• Monitor risk management and compliance across business operations
• Report audit findings to senior management and the board
• Ensure adherence to RBI and NHB regulatory guidelines
• Drive remediation of audit observations
Requirements
• Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university; CA or professional certification in Audit, Risk Management, Finance, Banking or Compliance preferred
• Experience: Minimum 15-20 years in Internal Audit, Risk Management, Credit Audit, Inspection or Compliance
• Experience in a Bank, HFC or NBFC with AUM of Rs. 1000 Cr or more is preferred
• Age preferably below 50 years
