Job Description
RBA Finance (P) Ltd is an RBI registered NBFC offering loans for three wheelers, two wheelers, commercial vehicles, MSME and cars, with branches in Jaipur, Udaipur and Kota. The company is seeking a dynamic Area Manager to lead collection, credit and sales operations for the assigned area.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and monitor the collection and recovery team to meet area targets
• Drive loan sales and achieve business targets across the assigned area
• Review credit proposals and ensure adherence to lending norms
• Build and maintain relationships with dealers, customers and channel partners
• Track branch performance and prepare regular MIS reports for management
• Train, guide and motivate team leaders and field officers
Requirements
• Qualification: Graduate / MBA (Finance or Sales Management)
• Experience: Freshers can apply
• Candidates should be dynamic and willing to travel within the assigned area
