Job Description
RBA Finance (P) Ltd is an RBI registered NBFC offering loans for three wheelers, two wheelers, commercial vehicles, MSME and cars, with branches in Jaipur, Udaipur and Kota. The company is looking for Team Leaders and Officers to handle collection, credit and sales activities in the branch.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage loan collection and follow up with customers for timely repayments
• Assist in evaluating loan applications and documentation
• Achieve sales and disbursement targets assigned to the branch
• Guide and coordinate the field team for collection and sales activities
• Maintain accurate records and prepare daily collection reports
Requirements
• Qualification: Graduate in any stream
• Experience: Freshers can apply
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English
