Job Description
RBA Finance (P) Ltd is an RBI registered NBFC offering loans for three wheelers, two wheelers, commercial vehicles, MSME and cars, with branches in Jaipur, Udaipur and Kota. The company is looking for an Officer Operations to manage day-to-day back-end and branch operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily branch operations and coordinate between departments
• Process loan files, documentation and approvals
• Prepare MIS reports and operational summaries for management
• Monitor compliance with company policies and procedures
• Coordinate with sales and collection teams for smooth workflow
• Maintain records and office administration
Requirements
• Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate (MBA or equivalent preferred)
• Experience: Experience in any industry
• Minimum age: 24 years
