GS Medical College and Hospital, located on NH-334 Delhi-Haridwar Road, Chhapar, Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh, is hiring an HR Manager & Executive to manage human resources for the college and hospital. The role is based at the hospital campus.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage recruitment and onboarding of medical and non-medical staff
• Handle employee records, attendance and payroll coordination
• Implement HR policies and staff welfare programmes
• Manage employee grievances and performance reviews
• Coordinate staff training and development

• Qualification: MBA / PGDM (Human Resource Management) / Any Graduate
• Experience: Freshers can apply
• Knowledge of labour laws and HR policies
• Good communication skills
