Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise electrical, plumbing and civil maintenance works
• Plan preventive maintenance schedules
• Manage maintenance staff and contractors
• Ensure safety compliance across campus
• Maintain maintenance logs and budgets
Requirements
• Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma (Electrical Engineering)
• Experience: Experienced candidates preferred
• Knowledge of electrical and building maintenance
• Leadership and safety awareness
