TELECALLER

We are looking for a telecaller to join our team at TRENDASTIC VENTURES PVT. The role is to managing the calls , the customer calls, delivering outstanding customer services related to BPO.
Make outbound and receive inbound calls from customers.
Explain products or services clearly and professionally.
Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales or appointments.
Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM or database.
