Job Description
Teach assigned subjects effectively in accordance with the school curriculum. Prepare lesson plans, deliver engaging classroom sessions, assess student performance, maintain discipline, conduct regular tests, evaluate assignments, and provide academic guidance to students. Participate in school activities, parent-teacher meetings, examinations, and other academic responsibilities while fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver effective classroom lessons.
Teach students as per the prescribed curriculum.
Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and question papers.
Assess and evaluate students' academic performance.
Maintain classroom discipline and attendance records.
Support students in academic and overall personality development.
Participate in examinations, school events, and parent-teacher meetings.
Collaborate with fellow teachers and school management.
