GS Medical College and Hospital is a multi-speciality hospital and medical college located on NH-334 (Delhi-Haridwar Road), Chhapar, Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh. The Nursing Superintendent leads the nursing administration of the hospital and ensures high standards of patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise the nursing staff across all wards and departments
• Plan nursing duty rosters and manage staffing levels
• Ensure adherence to hospital nursing protocols and patient safety standards
• Coordinate with doctors and hospital administration on nursing operations
• Monitor quality of nursing care and conduct staff training
Requirements
• Qualification: B.Sc Nursing / M.Sc Nursing / GNM
• Experience: As required for the post
• Strong leadership and administrative skills
