Job Description
GS Medical College and Hospital is a multi-speciality hospital and medical college located on NH-334 (Delhi-Haridwar Road), Chhapar, Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh. The Deputy Nursing Superintendent assists the Nursing Superintendent in managing nursing services and maintaining care standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in supervising nursing staff and daily ward operations
• Support duty roster planning and staff allocation
• Ensure nursing protocols and patient safety standards are followed
• Handle nursing staff queries and coordinate with department heads
Requirements
• Qualification: B.Sc Nursing / M.Sc Nursing / GNM
• Experience: As required for the post
• Good leadership and communication skills
