Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise nursing staff during assigned shifts
• Monitor patient care and ward hygiene standards
• Allocate duties and manage shift handovers
• Report ward issues to the nursing administration
Requirements
• Qualification: GNM / B.Sc Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc Nursing
• Experience: As required for the post
• Good supervisory and communication skills
