GS Medical College and Hospital is a multi-speciality hospital and medical college located on NH-334 (Delhi-Haridwar Road), Chhapar, Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh. The Team Leader guides a team of nursing staff and ensures consistent, high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of nursing staff on the assigned ward or unit
• Provide patient care and guide junior nurses in clinical tasks
• Monitor shift duties and team performance
• Coordinate with doctors and the nursing supervisor
Requirements
• Qualification: GNM / B.Sc Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc Nursing
• Experience: As required for the post
• Good teamwork and communication skills
