Job Description
Responsible for maintaining computer hardware, network infrastructure, systems, and IT connectivity to ensure smooth and reliable day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain computers, servers, printers, and network devices.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, LAN/WAN, and connectivity issues.
Monitor network performance and ensure system security.
Manage routers, switches, Wi-Fi, and other network equipment.
Perform regular system maintenance, backups, and updates.
Provide technical support to users and resolve IT issues promptly.
Maintain IT assets, documentation, and service records.
