Production Supervisor

Responsible for supervising day-to-day production activities, ensuring smooth production operations, maintaining quality standards, managing workers, and achieving production targets within the scheduled time.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily production activities.
Allocate work to workers and monitor their performance.
Ensure production targets and deadlines are achieved.
Monitor product quality and minimize wastage/rejection.
Ensure proper operation and maintenance of production machinery.
Maintain production records, reports, and shift-wise data.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Management teams.
Ensure workplace safety and compliance with company procedures.
