Staff Nurse

Responsible for providing quality patient care, monitoring patients' health conditions, administering medications, assisting doctors, and maintaining proper nursing records while ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor patients' vital signs, symptoms, and overall health condition.
Administer medicines, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergencies.
Provide proper patient care, hygiene, nutrition, and comfort.
Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes, and medication charts.
Handle and monitor medical equipment and ensure its proper use.
Respond promptly to emergency situations and provide basic life-support assistance when required.
Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, laboratory, pharmacy, and other hospital departments.
Educate patients and attendants regarding medication, treatment, and post-care instructions.
Follow hospital infection-control, safety, and hygiene protocols.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
Ensure proper handover of patients and treatment details between shifts.
