Primary Teacher -PRT

Responsible for teaching and nurturing primary-level students by creating an engaging, supportive, and child-friendly learning environment. The teacher will focus on academic development, basic skills, discipline, and overall personality development of students.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging lessons for primary-grade students.
Teach basic subjects such as English, Hindi, Mathematics, EVS, and General Knowledge.
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, activities, and teaching materials.
Assess students' academic progress, classwork, homework, and learning outcomes.
Identify students who need additional support and provide appropriate guidance.
Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
Encourage students to participate in academic, cultural, sports, and extracurricular activities.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' progress, behavior, and development.
Maintain attendance, student records, and assessment reports.
Promote good values, communication skills, creativity, and social behavior among students.
