PRT teachers

The Primary Teacher (PRT) is responsible for teaching and nurturing students at the primary level, developing foundational academic skills, maintaining classroom discipline, and supporting students' overall intellectual, social and emotional development.

Key Responsibilities
Teach students according to the prescribed CBSE/State Board curriculum.
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, activities and teaching aids.
Develop students' foundational skills in English, Mathematics, EVS and basic computer knowledge.
Use activity-based, play-way and child-centered teaching methods.
Monitor students' academic progress and maintain assessment records.
Conduct class tests, assignments and regular assessments.
Identify students requiring additional support and provide remedial teaching.
Maintain classroom discipline and create a safe, positive learning environment.
