Manager

The Furniture House Supervisor is responsible for managing showroom operations, supervising sales and support staff, coordinating inventory and deliveries, assisting customers, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the furniture store.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations of the furniture showroom/store.
Manage and guide sales staff and other showroom employees.
Assist customers in selecting furniture based on their requirements and budget.
Ensure proper display, cleanliness and presentation of furniture products.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse/inventory team.
Maintain records of incoming and outgoing furniture and accessories.
Coordinate customer orders, billing, delivery and installation.
Follow up on pending orders and ensure timely delivery to customers.
Handle customer complaints and resolve service-related issues.
