Key Responsibilities
Manage daily administrative and office activities.
Handle emails, phone calls, correspondence and official communication.
Prepare, maintain and organize office documents, records and files.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate databases and registers.
Prepare letters, reports, presentations and other office documents.
Coordinate with employees, clients, vendors and other departments.
Schedule meetings, appointments and maintain calendars.
Handle incoming and outgoing documents and courier services.
Maintain office supplies, stationery and inventory records.
Assist in billing, purchase orders, invoices and basic accounts-related work.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly administrative reports.
Support HR and management in routine administrative activities.
Ensure proper filing and confidentiality of official documents.
Coordinate office maintenance, housekeeping and other support services.
Perform other administrative tasks assigned by management.
Qualification
Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
1–3 years of experience in office administration/executive work preferred.
Freshers with good communication and computer skills may also be considered.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email.
Basic knowledge of office administration and documentation.

Manage and guide sales staff and other showroom employees.

Qualification
12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.
2–5 years of experience in furniture showroom, retail, sales or store operations preferred.
Experience in furniture, home décor or retail industry will be an advantage.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, billing software and inventory management.
