Staff Nurse

The Staff Nurse is responsible for providing quality patient care, administering prescribed treatments and medicines, monitoring patients' conditions, assisting doctors, and maintaining proper nursing records.

Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients.
Monitor and record patients' vital signs, symptoms and clinical condition.
Administer medicines, injections, IV fluids and treatments as prescribed.
Assist doctors during examinations, procedures and emergencies.
Maintain patient case sheets, nursing notes and treatment records.
Report any changes or deterioration in the patient's condition to the doctor/RMO.
Provide pre-operative and post-operative nursing care as required.
Maintain proper hygiene, infection-control and patient-safety standards.
Collect and send samples for laboratory investigations as instructed.
Maintain and handle nursing equipment properly.
