PGT/TGT Chemistry

Responsible for teaching Chemistry to students as per the prescribed curriculum and academic standards. The teacher will explain concepts clearly through classroom teaching, practical experiments, and problem-solving activities while supporting students in achieving their academic goals.

Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging Chemistry lessons for students.
Explain concepts such as organic, inorganic and physical chemistry in a clear manner.
Conduct and supervise Chemistry practicals and laboratory experiments.
Prepare lesson plans, assignments, tests and examination papers.
Assess students' performance and provide constructive feedback.
Identify learning difficulties and provide additional academic support.
Maintain classroom discipline and encourage active participation.
Prepare students for board/competitive examinations as applicable.
Maintain academic records and coordinate with parents and school management when required.
Ensure proper laboratory safety and responsible handling of chemicals and equipment.
