Export Executive

Responsible for managing export operations for jewellery products, coordinating with international buyers, preparing export documentation, processing orders, and ensuring timely shipment in compliance with applicable export regulations and customs requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle export orders and coordinate with international customers.
- Prepare export invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, and other required paperwork.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, and logistics providers.
- Follow up on production schedules, order status, and shipment deadlines.
- Maintain export records and update order details in company systems.
- Communicate with overseas buyers regarding quotations, orders, and deliveries.
- Coordinate with production, quality control, accounts, and logistics teams.
- Assist with export payments, banking documentation, and foreign currency transactions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable export procedures and documentation requirements.

B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (International Business) or equivalent qualification.
Experience
1–3 years of experience in export documentation, export operations, or international trade preferred. Experience in the gems and jewellery industry will be an advantage
