Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to contact customers, explain products and services, generate leads, handle customer inquiries, follow up with potential customers, and maintain good customer relationships.
Requirements
Required Qualifications: 12th pass or graduate in any stream.
Required Experience: 0–2 years of experience in telecalling or customer service. Freshers can also apply.
Preferred Skills: Good verbal communication, basic computer knowledge, customer handling, convincing skills, and a positive attitude.
